Mark Moers, MD, received his degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Moers is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
 

Jennifer Cook, FNP, has been a family nurse practitioner with the Neighborhood Healthcare Center in Dawsonville since 1996. She earned her nursing degree from Vanderbuilt University School of Nursing. Jennifer is certified as a nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
