Tod Bethea, MD, received his medical degree from the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon where he also completed his residency. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. During his career, Dr. Bethea has served as a family practice physician at Primary Care Associates in Anderson, South Carolina and the Toccoa Clinic Medical Associates in Lavonia, Georgia. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Margaret Singer 
Originally from Toccoa, Singer earned her bachelor of science in Nursing at Brenau University in Gainesville and later received her master of science in Nursing from Duke University in Durham, NC. She completed a clinical residency at North State Medical Center in Roxboro, NC.
 Singer brings many years of nursing experience to the NHC in Clayton. Before coming to the clinic, Singer worked as a family nurse practitioner at Personal Family Medical and Dental Center in Roxboro, NC.
